4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: Kravee Mart LLC covers full return shipping costs.

Customer Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once received and inspected, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
